• Devise and execute holistic test plans and strategies for platform features, prioritizing security, functionality, and performance.
• Create meticulous manual and automated test cases in line with specifications and user stories.
• Spearhead the development and maintenance of a robust automated testing framework using Playwright, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Conduct security assessments, penetration tests, and vulnerability analyses in partnership with the security team.
• Lead performance testing initiatives to ensure the platform meets scalability and performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to sustain top-tier product quality.
• Document, track, and manage defects through resolution, leveraging issue tracking tools.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to process enhancements to streamline QA procedures and optimize efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies and tools.

• have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• have 3 years of demonstrated QA expertise, with an emphasis on security and performance testing.
• have knowledge in creating and executing test cases, and managing defects.
• have experience in automated testing using Playwright, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• are familiar with security testing techniques and tools.
• have experience with performance testing methodologies and tools.
• have a strong grasp of Agile/Scrum development processes.
• have exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• have effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
