Your Tasks

Moderation in the Scrum process
You help the team to plan and execute the Scrum meeting
You name, track, resolve or report blockages / impediments
To support all stakeholders in capturing work items, you work with agile tools for bugs, user story and task capture (Azure DevOps, Jira)
You measure and interpret the velocity of the teams by KPIs
You analyze previous sprints, plan releases, and help the product owner to deliver informed estimates of bug fixes and features
You drive processes and changes

Who are we looking for?

As Scrum Master you have

several years of experience in the agile working environment (Kanban, Scrum ...) of software team
experience with classic waterfall, requirements and specifications projects is an advantage
a solid understanding of software development (developing, testing, possibly re-testing)
insight about the steps in the release process from developer to customer
a confident appearance within the team and "outward" to stakeholders
very good communication skills in German and English

A common Scrum certification is desirable, additional trainings as a facilitator, motivator as well as in conflict management would be ideal.
